Our Main Pillars: Compassion in Action Across Eswatini

At Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Eswatini, our work is grounded in seven core pillars. These pillars guide our programs and initiatives, ensuring that we address the diverse needs of vulnerable communities and foster sustainable, Christ-like compassion throughout Eswatini. Each pillar represents a critical area of focus in our mission to transform lives.

READY + Project
READY is a movement of youth-led and youth-serving organizations that build resilient, empowered adolescents and young people in communities. Through peer leadership, safe spaces, and tailored services, the READY Movement also supports adolescents and young people— including young mothers—living with HIV to stay healthy, confident, and connected to care.
Task Force Project
Launched in 2008, the Task Force Project delivers home-based care to people affected by HIV and other chronic conditions. Trained volunteers make regular household visits, supplying food parcels, monitoring medication pick-ups, and coaching clients on adherence and symptom management. The programme also supports people living with hypertension, diabetes, and cancer through basic screening, referral, and continuous follow-up.
Community Campaigns
Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Eswatini (NCM-E) leads community campaigns and dialogues that equip young people with practical life skills, psychosocial support, and accurate information. Through safe, youth-friendly spaces and peer-led conversations, NCM-E empowers them to build resilience and make informed decisions about their health, education, and future.
Food Assistant Project
Supports food-insecure households across seven constituencies Ntontozi, Shiselweni II, Mhlume, Hhukwini, Mangcongco, Phondo, and Nkomiyahlaba reaching 7,830 households and 28,526 beneficiaries through 54 distribution centres, with support from NDMA and World Vision.
